The edge you choose sets the whole visual tone of the countertop. Here's every profile K&D offers on Cambria quartz. Standard edges are included in most projects; premium and special fabrication edges add fabrication time and cost.

Bevel
A crisp angled cut on the top edge. Adds a modern, architectural line.
Bullnose
A fully rounded top and bottom edge. Soft, traditional, and friendly for busy households.
Convex
A gentle outward curve on the front face. Subtle and contemporary.
Double Bevel
Angled cuts on both the top and bottom edges. Symmetrical, tailored look.
Eased
A subtle square edge with the sharpness taken off — the most common finish, works with any style.
Ogee
A classic S-curve profile. Ornate, formal, traditional.
Pencil Round
Half-round edges top and bottom. Slightly softer than eased, still restrained.
Platner
A stepped mitered edge that creates a substantial apparent thickness.
Triple Waterfall
A dramatic three-tier waterfall profile stepping down the front face.
Waterfall
A cascading two-tier front face. Modern and eye-catching.
Special fabrication.
Custom edges for statement projects. These require extra fabrication time and typically appear on showpiece islands, bar tops, and commercial installations. Talk with your designer about lead time and pricing.
9CM Bevel
A dramatic 9-centimeter (~3.5 inch) apparent thickness with a beveled top edge.
9CM Bullnose
A dramatic 9-centimeter apparent thickness with a fully rounded front.
Glass Rail
